GENERAL INFORMATION

Nilos Design AB specializes in vintage mid-century design. We renovate and restore vintage furniture into modern design using new fabrics. With a desire to deliver extraordinary service we specialize in custom made orders.

OUR PRODUCTS

Nilos Design AB sell vintage items and all our products are clearly described as vintage.

Although, we specialize in services such as renovating, restoring and reupholster vintage furniture, natural wear and tear should be expected. We try to provide as clear and detailed pictures and description of each product as possible. If you would like further description and/or pictures on the condition of an item before making a purchase, please contact us at info@nilosdesign.com.

There might also be slight color differences in the pictures depending on lighting and different angles when photographing. We try our best to view the items as correctly as possible. For additional pictures, please contact us.

ORDERS

When you place an order in our online store, you agree to our terms of business. Since most of our products are custom made the price of a product will be estimated when you make an enquire of a specific product and the service thereof. The price vary depending on degree of renovation/restoring and type of fabric. 

SHIPPING & SHIPPING COST

We ship worldwide to our customers using XXX. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and the size of your item. Shipping time for domestic orders (Sweden) is 2-5 business days. When shipping international, the shipping time is estimated based on your location and will range from X-XX days.

We supply the shipping tracking number for each order and we are happy to answer questions about delivery status during the time the order is on its way.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Invoice: We accept payment by invoice for all items. The invoice is created when the total price and a shipping quote has been decided and accepted by the customer.

Card Payment: You can choose to pay directly with a credit or debit card when the total price and shipping quote has been decided and accepted. We accept all major cards.

WITHDRAW & RETURNS

The costumer has the legal right to withdraw or return the purchase within 14 days of collecting their product. The object must be in the same condition as it was prior to shipping. When returning a purchase, the costumer is responsible for all costs involving the return of the item(s) including insurance. A refund will be made once the item(s) is/are returned to us in the same condition as it was when ordered.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints should be emailed to info@nilosdesign.com. It is your responsibility as a customer to thoroughly inspect the item pictures before a purchase. Natural wear and tear are to be expected. This is clearly stated in the ldescription of the product and not valid as a complain after a purchase.
